I Loved You First Blurb:
Alexandria (Alex) Carmichael guards two secrets close to her heart. One―she’s in love with her best friend, Seth. Two―he’s gay.
As a freshman in college, Alex looks forward to fun times with her best friend. When Seth decides cycling through girlfriends is the way to fit in with the straight crowd, Alex must make a choice: watch Seth give his affection to another while her heart breaks or come clean with her feelings and risk losing his friendship forever.
I LOVED YOU FIRST is a new adult love story told through the eyes of Alex, an African-American/Caucasian student, who takes a journey of self-discovery while watching her best friend come to terms with his sexuality.

What do you value most about your best friend?
I value a lot of things about my best friend, I mean its hard just to pick one :) So I would say I love how kind and supportive she is and when I'm down she's there to talk to me :) Even though my best friend lives away from me so we cant see each other a lot, I know she's there for me to ring or text her :) I value everything about her :)

What do I value most about my best friend is her wit and her loyalty to me. She is one of the people I could lean when I have a problem and definitely one or the only one who knows my deepest secret*don't ask what*(hehe). She will be my always and forever best friend! Dea
ReplyDeleteIt's hard only to mention one thing, so I'll go ahead and mention two. My best friend is a good listener and has a huge heart. That's probably what I value most about her. :)

It's amazing how best friends fill the holes. :)
ReplyDeleteMy best friend is my husband. I love that he always seems to keep me in mind. Like when I mention a craving for chocolate in the middle of the night then find a Snickers (my favorite candy bar) in the fridge the next day. I may have forgotten, but he hasn't. It's the little things which show me he loves me. :)
Growing up my best friend was someone who had my back and charged right in to have fun. Now my best friend is my husband and oddly he's as fun and supportive as my childhood friend. Hehe!
