Cover Reveal: The Nature of Cruelty by L.H. Cosway

Hey,

Guess what Author is releasing a new book soon, YEP! L.H. Cosway and I have her Cover for the book and the YouTube trailer.

The expected release date is: June 28th 2013

The Nature of Cruelty by L.H. Cosway

I really love this cover, it stand out and it does't use to many colours, it's just perfect in  my opinion.

Synopsis:

Cruelty is a cycle. Once inflicted, it spreads.

Her name is Lana. She wasn’t dealt the easiest cards in life. She wasn’t dealt the hardest. She has an illness, but she doesn’t let it rule her. The first time she laid eyes on her best friend’s twin brother she fell in love at first sight. It didn’t last very long. He was a hateful boy who made her miserable. The happiest day of her life was when he moved away to London six years ago.

His name is Robert. He breaks the ones who love him. He’s always liked to play games with Lana, see how far he could push her. He once thrived on her pain, but no more. Now she’s coming to London to live with his sister for the summer and this time he plans on being her friend instead of her tormentor. But Lana is scarred by his past bullying. She doesn’t trust him, nor does she have any reason to.

When the two find themselves living under the same roof, they call a truce. This summer will change both of their lives, as they put their history aside and learn one another from scratch.

When fear takes over, we use cruelty as a mask. Robert and Lana’s story will see their masks slip away as the love they felt on the inside shows its true face.

Book Trailer:

Thank you L.H. Cosway for letting me do this post.

I am looking forward to the end of June so much now!

The Nature of Cruelty

Review of Poison Heart by S.B. Hayes

Description
From the moment Katy sees Genevieve's beautiful face staring at her from a window, her life will never be the same. Wherever Katy turns, Genevieve is there - at school, with Katy's friends, and worst of all, in Katy's hot new boyfriend's life.

But Genevieve has a menacing side, a dangerous side, a threatening side that she only reveals to Katy: I'm your worst nightmare.

When Genevieve's behaviour becomes increasingly twisted, Katy delves into the girl's past, with the help of her best friend Luke. Nothing prepares her for the dark truths that she discovers, or the new romance she finds along the way. Is Genevieve a troubled girl with a difficult childhood? Or is the truth unearthly and much more frightening?

Who is the real Genevieve?

What are her secrets?

Why is she determined to destroy Katy's life?

A rich, twisting thriller of friendship, love and evil that you'll find impossible to put down.

Birthday Book Haul :)

It was my birthday on the 15th of November :)

I got some presents and I loved every single one of them, but because this is a book blog I will only talk about my bookish presents :D

First off, I got a book from my Sister :)

The book is:

Heaven (Halo #3) by Alexandra Adornetto

I am so glad she got me it, because I have been wanting to read this book since I knew it will be out :D

Secondly my Granddad and Grandma got me a £30 card/voucher for Waterstones :D

I used it today to buy myself two book in the sale of "buy one, get the other half price".

The two books I got using the card was:

Brothers to the Death (The Saga of Larten Crepsley #4) by Darren Shan

I have been wanting to buy this for like a year so I am glad that I have finally got it :)

and

The Raven Boys (Raven Cycle #1) by Maggie Stiefvater

I saw this in the shop 1 week ago and I really liked the description of it, so when I got the card I knew I had to buy it, and as I got the one above for half price I didn't feel bad buying it on instinct :)

That's it for now :)

If you have read and loved any of the books above then please leave a comment telling me but no spoilers please. :)

Canterbury Library !!!

It's been roughly 3 years since this library was closed to be remodeled :O

So all we had was a small library down a high street..which really didn't have a lot of books.. so when I FOUND out it was opening soon I could not wait.. it was meant to open tomorrow but it opened earlier so I walked in today with 2 of my friends and I suddenly felt at home :D

My library card wasn't working so I had to get the card renewed..also the museum there is very interesting :D

So overall I was so so happy :D
